With breathwork, I help people improve their general health, sleep, and focus, reduce anxiety, and unlock performance by re-training the nervous system and reconnecting with themselves.
I discovered the power of our breath after a personal turning point—it was the missing link between external strength and internal resilience. The methods worked so powerfully for me that I built them into my coaching so others could experience the same shift: more energy, more peace, more joy. My mission is simple: breathe better, feel better, raise your baseline.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me outdoors with my dog Junee, catching sunrise, hiking, traveling, or recharging by the ocean. Because life isn’t meant to be survived. It’s meant to be lived—lighter, freer—one breath, one habit, one day at a time.
