I come from a sports background, having always been passionate about pushing my physical limits through running and triathlons. My journey into breathwork began as a personal practice for meditation, helping me find calm, focus, and mental clarity. Over time, I discovered the transformative potential of the Oxygen Advantage techniques, which allow me to not only enhance my athletic performance but also help others achieve their personal best, whether in sport, fitness, or overall wellbeing. Integrating these methods into my coaching has been a natural progression, combining my love for movement with the science of optimal breathing.

I offer tailored 1:1 coaching sessions both online and face-to-face from my home in Tramore, Ireland. My clients range from athletes looking to improve endurance and recovery, to individuals seeking to reduce stress, boost energy, and optimize overall health. I particularly enjoy working with those who are motivated to improve their performance, wellbeing, or mindset through personalized breathwork strategies. Each session is designed to meet the client’s unique goals, making every program practical, targeted, and results-driven.
