I’m Liz, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Motivational Speaker with a passion for helping individuals and teams thrive. I specialise in sustainable wellbeing, personal growth, and performance optimisation through coaching and evidence-based practices. My work spans 1:1 coaching, group coaching, corporate workshops, professional training and motivational speaking across Barcelona, London and Cape Town.

I have a corporate background, having worked in multinationals in London in financial services, marketing and public relations. I understand the pressures of having to perform in a stressful and demanding environment and narrowly escaped burnout. After 6 years of burning the candle at both ends I left the UK to start a new life in Barcelona more aligned with my values. It was a big dive into the unknown, but it was the right move and I’ve never looked back! The lifestyle here in the Mediterranean embodies the principles of the earth’s Blue Zones and I try to live by them.

I chose to do the Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathwork Instructor certification as I was looking to deepen my practice in supporting my clients with nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety management, as well as enhancing physical performance and mental focus.

I coach and deliver motivational talks on health and wellness topics in Barcelona, the UK and Cape Town, both online and in person.

I have worked with executives, busy professionals juggling professional and personal life, as well as clients looking to enhance mental focus or physical performance. I also enjoy working with young people, and have just completed a 12 week coaching programme with a 25 year old looking to find her purpose and career direction while also working towards health and fitness goals
