Marc Meny is a performance coach, entrepreneur, and lifelong athlete dedicated to helping people move, eat, and live with greater awareness. A former Division I soccer player at Jacksonville University and semi-professional athlete for six years, Marc has spent his career on both sides of sport—first as a competitor, then as a coach guiding others to unlock their potential.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, along with certifications in Exos Performance, Functional Range Conditioning, Precision Nutrition, and Oxygen Advantage Breathwork. His approach blends cutting-edge science with timeless wisdom, combining soft tissue therapy, joint mobility, internal strength, and breathwork to create lasting change. He has worked with athletes at the highest levels—NFL, MLB, EPL, PGA, USTA, and Division I programs. Marc transitioned to corporate wellness after 5 years of working with athletes and has worked at global headquarters of Citibank and JP Morgan Chase in NYC.

Breathwork, and specifically the Oxygen Advantage method, became central to Marc’s philosophy because of his own journey. As a teenager and young adult, he struggled with anxiety—often feeling like his mind was racing faster than his body could handle. Discovering OA gave him the first real sense of control over his state. Learning to use breath as a tool for recovery, focus, and calm was life-changing, and it’s now one of the most important practices he teaches.

Marc works with clients both in person in Jacksonville, Florida, and online worldwide. His mission is to help people break free from pain, anxiety, and societal expectations—reawakening strength, resilience, and presence from the inside out.
