Over the past three years, I’ve taken a deep dive into functional breathing and high-intensity disciplines like functional fitness and Hyrox, helping athletes unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I’ve also been practicing the Wim Hof Method for over three years, which has transformed the way I approach training and wellness.
I believe that breathing is one of the most essential elements in both everyday life and extreme performance. I’ve dedicated myself to mastering and teaching effective, efficient breathing techniques.
