He trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and coaches combat sports athletes on improving their breathing and optimizing their performance.
In addition to his interest in performance breathing and sports science, Reed loves working with anyone who can benefit from improved breathing habits. He’s helped people reduce their stress levels and improve their energy levels through breathwork.
Reed is also very passionate about working with people affected by mental health challenges. Having been through mental health challenges with loved ones in his own life, he is a strong advocate of using breathwork as a tool.
While many breathwork coaches focus on one specific methodology, Reed has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of techniques. His approach is focused on using all of the breathwork tools available to create comprehensive programs that cover all aspects of breathing. He provides workshops and 1:1 coaching both online and in-person.
