With a background in psychological science and a deep interest in stress, anxiety, and human potential, I have spent close to a decade teaching Vedic Meditation and delivering wellbeing programs that blend ancient wisdom with modern science. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, aiming to help individuals restore balance, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate resilience in the face of modern-day challenges.
I’m currently undertaking my Honours in Psychological Science, researching how dysfunctional breathing impacts wellbeing and mental health. My work has led me to see the critical role that breathing plays in emotional regulation and physiological health. Integrating the Oxygen Advantage method into my offerings was a natural evolution—its scientific precision and practical tools align perfectly with my mission to help clients reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance performance.
I work with a broad range of clients—from high-performing professionals and athletes to individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, or chronic stress. I offer both in-person sessions from Currumbin Valley, Gold Coast, and online sessions for clients across Australia and beyond.
