I am a Mindfulness Coach, based in Montreal, Canada and I lead individuals and small groups in workshops that combine conscious breathing techniques, mindful movement practices, and guided mindfulness meditations. I tailor each session to the needs and goals of my clients, helping them improve their physiological and psychological issues, including stress, anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and low mood. In addition to being a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor, I am also certified as a Mindful Yoga teacher, and I am completing my training as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher under the guidance of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
I hold a PhD in South Asian Religions from McGill University and draw on my research skills and academic background in South and South East Asian cultures and religions, to enrich my sessions with relevant insights and teachings. Some of the skills that I use and teach include various breathing techniques (coherent breathing, pranayama, Oxygen Advantage, Sudarshan Kriya), mindful movement practices (yoga, taiji, qi gong), and Mindfulness Meditation.”
I am able to teach online (zoom) and in-person, and anyone who is interested can reach me by email at [email protected].
