My journey into breathwork was born from a desire to help people regulate their nervous systems, enhance emotional resilience, and improve overall health. I integrate the Oxygen Advantage method by Patrick McKeown and principles from Konstantin Buteyko into my teachings, offering a comprehensive and science-based approach to breathwork. My sessions help clients optimize their breathing patterns, whether for athletic performance, stress management, or overall well-being.
Currently, I am becoming a systemic coach to deepen my ability to support clients holistically. I am also passionate about endurance sports—I have run six marathons—and now complement my training with CrossFit, surf and yoga.
Residing in Berlin, Germany I offer both online and in-person sessions, making my programs accessible to individuals and companies worldwide.
