My journey into breathwork started deep underwater.

Since 2012, I’ve been teaching scuba and freediving while working as a marine biologist. But it was freediving that completely changed the way I understand breathing—not just when I used it for myself, but when I started teaching others. I saw how, in just a few minutes or hours, people could access a powerful shift. People who were afraid of diving, or overwhelmed by pressure, suddenly found calm, clarity, and control—just through the breath.

I teach people how to use their breath to build resilience, find presence, and improve their physical and mental performance. Over the years, I’ve worked with freedivers, athletes, high-performers, teenagers, tech professionals, and people recovering from stress or trauma. I combine deep experience in freediving with tools from Oxygen Advantage®, Pranayama, functional breath training and raw lived experience, creating a grounded, practical, and powerful method that works for everyone.

I started using the Oxygen Advantage to enhance my own training and that of my freediving students. But very quickly, I realized this method had so much more to offer—on land and in life. It’s now an essential part of how I work with clients, whether they want to optimize performance, sleep better, manage stress, or just breathe better day-to-day.

I teach both in-person in Israel and online to clients around the world. I love working with people who are curious and open—whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced performer. If you’re someone who wants to improve the way you breathe, feel, and live—I’m here for that.
