I specialize in working with dancers, athletes, and movement professionals, offering functional breathing training that improves performance, aids recovery, and promotes long-term physical and mental health. With a background in contemporary dance, yoga, Pilates, strength training, running, and freediving, I bring an integrated and embodied approach to breathwork — grounded in both scientific principles and lived experience.

I see movement and breath as a holistic system. My teaching goes beyond isolated techniques — I explore how breathing connects to posture, stability, coordination, recovery, and nervous system regulation. I pay particular attention to female-specific training needs and incorporate knowledge of how physiological differences between women and men influence movement and performance. This awareness helps tailor breathwork more precisely to each individual.

In addition to professional performers, I work with people from all backgrounds who want to reduce stress, build stamina, improve focus, or simply feel better in their bodies.
