As a competitive track & field athlete for over 25 years and kundalini, hatha yoga and pranayama techniques practitioner, I have always considered breathing the missing link and the milestone of our psycho-physical well-being. I have been studying, practicing and teaching breathing techniques for over 10 years.
Today, after a long career in the digital marketing sector, I am a high school and breathing techniques teacher. Thanks to my professional and sport experience, I have an extended approach to a vast typology of people: yoga practitioners, competitive athletes, students, individuals with emotional and breathing difficulties.
My conferences, workshops or coaching sessions are taught in Italian or English.
