Tim is a peak-performance coach and licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience. From coaching collegiate level athletics, to providing counseling services to youth and adults, to teaching mindfulness and the Wim Hof Method, Tim has taught breathwork in a wide variety of settings. He has worked with sports teams such as University of Michigan, University of Houston, University of Detroit Mercy and Northern Michigan University. He has witnessed first hand how breathing properly can unlock a cascade of health benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving athletic performance, improving mental and physical health and even lowering blood pressure and improving circulation. Tim offers team breathwork sessions as well as individual sessions. Tim is based out of Michigan in the United States.
