Having retrained his own movement from the ground up after quitting running and football 10 years ago due to a knee injury. His journey has followed practices of yoga, flow sports, breath work and martial arts. He has utilised these disciplines to heal, repair and prove to himself that the body can avoid surgery and operate at peak performance naturally.
Previously leading high performance teams on the field and in software companies. He now focuses on supporting professionals looking to go beyond their mental and physical limitations with breathing and natural movement techniques.
Embodying the benefits personally in his own running and day to day, he looks forward to sharing these life practices with individuals who are motivated to do the work.
