As Polyvagal-informed Coach and Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, my method combines visualisation and breathing techniques to work on the body and autonomic nervous system. My approach is gentle and compassionate, person-centred and focused on safety and listening to the body as the starting point for any journey of well-being and change.
