As a Wim Hof Method Instructor Trainee, I enjoy the vastness of breathing techniques as well as the transformative power of cold exposure to build resilience and to strengthen the immune systems.
With Oxygen Advantage and as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, I’m expanding my Breath Training Program specifically for athletes and high performers. Together, with my former experience as an engineer in the corporate world and 13 years as an active rugby player, we use the transformative power of breathing to understand the body, the process of the performance and the health.
