Originally from France, Alexandra spent twenty years of her teenage and young adult life abroad. Living in the United States, Canada and Italy has broadened her perspective of human interactions, which eventually led her to discover her purpose:

Living fully, living with love, while embracing wellness and health in every aspect of life.

As an avid amateur sports practitioner – horseback riding, soccer, cycling, running, climbing; she also competed in track and field – she understands the extraordinary capabilities of the human body.

In her practice, INNERGETICS, she helps people achieve better body-mind-spirit connection. Her client base includes adults looking for better health, business entrepreneurs, athletes.

She invites them to bridge the gap that exists within, between the inner and outer layers of the self, through the practices and tools of

• breathwork
• cranial sacral therapy
• photostimulation with the Dream Machine
• brain wave entrainment with Mendi

Today she lives with her family in the Parc naturel du Gâtinais français and the Parc naturel régional du massif des Bauges.

Sessions are available in-person in France and online.
