Ciaran originally trained as a Sport & Exercise scientist and played and coached a range of sports at a competitive level. His career has also included working in cardiovascular and neuromuscular health. He has Master in Biomedical Science and is currently pursuing a Masters in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology. He is a certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor and works with athletes and individuals to help them get the most from their body and mind. He aspires to help people discover ways breathing can help them in their day-to-day life be that sport, health, school, or business. His strong coaching background is instrumental in his work with a wide range of individuals from college students to seniors. He uses Oxygen Advantage tools and techniques to support individuals interested in improving their breathing for concentration, sleep, wellbeing and fitness. He sees breath as a highly trainable and impactful way to support optimal health. His goal is to help as many people as possible discover the power & positive impact of functional breathing. He’s personally used Oxygen Advantage tools and techniques to improve his sleep quality and wellbeing. Ciaran offers private in person or online sessions to clients.
