My passion in biomechanics and functional movement led me into specializing in Posture, spine
health, structural restoration and breathwork.
I integrate posture work with breathwork to provide the best foundation for reducing pains,
aches and improving overall health and fitness.
I fell in love with health and fitness from an early age and wanted to do nothing else but learn,
practice and teach anything related to that. How the body heals, moves, performs and detoxifies
and so on.
I have been in the industry for over 15 years with a background in Physical therapy, Personal
training, sport and performance, detoxification, trauma work and CNS restoration.
The breathwork plays a fundamental role in the body finding true posture and vice versa. The
diaphragm, ribcage expansion and deep breathing create stabilization for the body. Maintaining
nose breathing prevents forward head posture and jaw health.
I teach how to restore posture and realign the spine naturally with exercise and movement. How
to engage the full capacity of our lungs, rib cage and diaphragm that will carry over to every
area of our lives.
There is no one that won’t benefit from a better posture and breathing pattern, especially in our
modern lives. Healthier CNS regulation, sleep, less pain and inflammation, better digestion and
calmer mind.
Having worked with over a thousand clients it is a constant reminder of the importance of having
good posture and functional breathing for optimal health. Poor posture results in poor breathing
and poor breathing results in poor posture.
I work online with anyone looking to help themselves improve their health and fitness through
posture work and breath work. Seeing clients restore and transform their health naturally is why
I love what I do.
I created Posture Prime, a platform and growing community to provide a wealth of information
and posture tools to help anyone on their journey to better health with Breath and Posture care.
