Beyond breath coaching, I help integrate mindfulness into fitness routines, offering guidance through light jogging and running. By combining breathwork with mindful movement, I provide clients with a holistic approach to managing stress, improving mental clarity and cultivating a healthier lifestyle.
I coach in person sessions to individuals and groups in Scotland and online to the rest of the world. I also work with companies to invest in their employees growth and wellbeing. I take a personalised approach to every client to determine what will provide the most value to them.
I use and refer to the Oxygen Advantage App with all individuals and groups to keep motivation and practice high between and after our sessions.
