Having spent many years within the corporate environment I am all too familiar with the challenges people face such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, brain fog, mental and physical exhaustion that are often accepted as ‘part of the job’. The Oxygen Advantage Method has been instrumental in helping me function better as a human being and also helping my clients, not just in the workplace but at home and in sports.
I teach individuals and group sessions. Whether this is a corporate setting, managing anxiety before kitesurfing or kickboxing, or helping people improve their everyday lives by educating them on the importance of functional breathing.
