Breathing techniques have always been vital in all my classes, as they are foundational to physical and mental wellness. I encourage my clients to engage with the core principles discussed in the Oxygen Advantage programme, emphasising that these principles can be practised outside of dedicated functional breathing sessions. Oxygen Advantage serves as an excellent introduction to mindful breathing. It is designed to be accessible to everyone, especially those who may not be interested in traditional meditation practices but still seek ways to enhance their overall mindfulness and wellness.
Currently, I am offering in-person wellness sessions in Hong Kong. I recently launched a series of dedicated personal training programmes focusing on the Oxygen Advantage methodology. Through this programme, my clients have reported significant improvements in their functional breathing capabilities, utilising the core principles taught in Oxygen Advantage to enhance their everyday lives. I also regularly conduct workshops covering various topics, ranging from Self-Myofascial Release techniques to Functional Breathwork, providing valuable tools and insights for participants to incorporate into their wellness journey. I work with the general population, fitness enthusiasts, and yoga practitioners.
