Certified by the Oxygen Advantage®, Kripalu® Center for Yoga & Health, Katonah Yoga® Center, and the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, he blends ancient wisdom and modern psychology with mindfulness practices to help clients achieve emotional mastery, enjoy deeply satisfying relationships, and find balance in a fast-paced, stressful world.
In 2020, Colin founded Manscending to create non-judgmental spaces for young men to take conscious control of their lives and grow into their fullest potential with others. His approach is intuitive and practical, offering tools to help men navigate adversity with calm competence. He has guided hundreds through yoga and meditation classes, spoken at leadership conferences, and participated in mental health panels for students across the United States.
Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Colin specializes in working with men ages 18-35, particularly young professionals, students, and all-male groups like fraternities and athletic teams.
