I am a Professional Engineer with a deep passion for Yoga & Meditation and I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 15 years. After starting my journey into mindfulness, I began experiencing permanent changes to the way my brain works. That inspired me to share these techniques with my community and establish “Yoga 4 Meditation” – https://yoga4meditation.org/, a nonprofit dedicated to combining body, breath, and mind and making it accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or experience level. However, there was one key element that I felt was somewhat not reaching its full potential and that’s when I began researching the science behind the way we breathe.
As an engineer, I naturally approach everything with an analytical mindset. When I discovered Oxygen Advantage, I was intrigued by its scientific foundation. Patrick’s research-based approach was the perfect complement to my Pranayama practice and reinforced the psychological and mental benefits of breathwork.
In my classes, I integrate asanas, breathwork, and meditation creating a holistic experience that brings real transformation. My goal is not to just teach techniques but to empower individuals to build resilience, inner peace, and self-awareness. We offer in person sessions in Surfside and Bay Harbor on weekends, along with free workshops in schools and local communities. Our mission at Yoga 4 Meditation is to contribute to a better tomorrow by fostering today resilient bodies in strong minds.
