Diagnosed as Asthmatic in my late thirties and some time later falling victim to stress related illness, and not wanting to succumb to a life on medication, I realised that i had to find natural solutions to reestablish my good health and wellbeing. It was during searches through journals and media files that I discovered breathwork, in particular Alexander Buteyko and the healing power of holding one’s breath.

Now, some years later, I am completely free of Asthma meds and the debilitating effects of stress related illness coaching Breathwork modalities here in Southern Spain, and even though in my twenties I was into sport, particularly playing football at a reasonable level, I am currently probably enjoying the fittest, healthiest years of my life.

A few years ago, I undertook the studies to become a certified Breathwork coach in order to teach these life changing modalities to help others to improve their general health and to overcome any particular health issues. Combined with the incredible tools available through Oxygen Advantage I feel able to take health and fitness to another level.

I am a partner in a wellness centre here in the Axarquia region of Southern Spain, able to coach clients both locally and online.
