My own journey began during a period of burnout, brain fog, and chronic stress. I came across the Buteyko Method at a time when nothing else seemed to help. Learning to reduce and rebalance my breathing made a profound difference—not just to my symptoms, but to how I felt day to day. I went on to train in the method, and later began integrating key elements from the Oxygen Advantage to support people in building CO₂ tolerance and restoring efficient, functional breathing.
I now work with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, long COVID, fatigue, asthma, and other breathing-related issues. Many of my clients want a practical, science-based way to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their health—without needing to push or overthink it. My focus is always on helping people breathe less, not more, and experience the long-term benefits of a lighter, more relaxed breathing rhythm.
