My interest in functional breathing began when I was a teenager. I suffered from chronic asthma and realised I was always breathing through my mouth. My mum, a yoga teacher, was studying Buteyko techniques at the time and taught me some methods to help clear my nose. These worked, and my asthmatic symptoms completely resolved.
I now deliver breathwork coaching, nervous system training, and workshops to help people improve breathing efficiency, develop greater focus and clarity, and navigate change, growth, or key crossroads in life. I’m integrating Oxygen Advantage methods to help clients strengthen both their inner resilience and outer performance with proven, science-based tools.
Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, I offer both in-person and online sessions.
