I first encountered Oxygen Advantage during my ongoing search for methods that go beyond traditional training – methods that bridge physiology, mental clarity, and real-world performance. After integrating OA principles into my own training and that of my clients, I noticed significant improvements in focus, recovery, and stress regulation. The science behind nasal breathing, functional CO₂ tolerance, and HRV now forms a key part of my coaching approach.
At beyond, we coach individuals and athletes both online and in-person from our center near Bolzano in Northern Italy. I regularly work with ambitious women and men aged 20 to 50 – from recreational athletes and high performers to stressed professionals. I also lead corporate wellbeing programs, team workshops, and offer mentoring for trainers who want to upgrade their knowledge and methods.
