Discovering the Oxygen Advantage method was a turning point- personally and professionally. It gave me tools to regulate stress, support recovery from burnout, and be more present and emotionally available for my children. Inspired by the transformation I experienced, I trained as a level 1 Functional Breathing instructor to integrate these powerful techniques into my work with students, families and educators.
I believe functional breathing is foundational to learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. Whether in a classroom or around the kitchen table, my goal is to share accessible, science-based breathing strategies that empower others to thrive- calmly, confidently, and consciously.
