I am a fully qualified ITEC Reflexologist and a Registered Reflexologist with the Irish Reflexologist Institute, passionate about helping others find balance and harmony. My journey into complementary therapies began in 2012, sparked by my own health challenges and a desire to understand the body’s natural ability to heal. Since then, I have dedicated myself to learning and growing in this field, integrating both Western and Eastern approaches.

In 2016 and 2017, I trained in Cranio-Sacral Reflexology (CSR) under the late Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson. This modality has become an essential part of my practice, helping to reduce anxiety and restore vital energy. I have also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation Teacher Training, broadening my ability to support overall health and well-being.

My own healing journey, including my experience with cancer, allowed me to fully appreciate the power of reflexology and breathwork as part of a holistic healing approach. These experiences have shaped my passion for self-care and supporting others on their healing paths.

My aim is to create a nurturing space where clients feel supported—a place to begin their healing journey or maintain the balance they have achieved. I specialise in women’s health, particularly menopause, and have trained with Hagar Basis in Reflexology for Women’s Health. I am dedicated to empowering my clients on their health journeys, helping them find resilience and well-being at every stage.

Breathwork, reflexology, yoga, and meditation have been powerful tools in my own journey, and I bring these tools into my practice to help others find their path to health, balance, and empowerment. While I specialise in women’s health, I warmly welcome everyone seeking support for their health and well-being.

I currently teach breathwork once a month in the Healthy Hub in Leixlip Co.Kildare. I am also available for one to one and group sessions.
