In my Bowen practice, I work with clients dealing with pain, posture issues, or nervous system imbalances. Using gentle, non-invasive techniques, I help release tension and reset the body through the fascia. I often combine this with breathwork and simple movements from yoga to help clients feel more connected and at ease in their bodies.
As a certified Oxygen Advantage® instructor, I teach practical breathing tools to improve habits, support recovery, calm the nervous system, and build resilience—whether for stress, fatigue, or better overall breathing.
I also offer sound healing using singing bowls and other instruments to guide clients into deep rest. Breathwork is always included to support deeper relaxation and healing.
Whether working one-on-one or with groups, my approach is grounded and accessible. I meet people where they are and offer tools that support real, lasting change.
