My focus on human performance optimization started during my career in the military where you had to maintain a high level of physical fitness through running, martial arts and weightlifting.
After the military, my devotion to CrossFit further taught me how important the focus on human performance optimization must be maintained, especially as one gets older.
My passion for human optimization especially to those in high physical performance positions such as the military, first responders and law enforcement officers led me to start studying functional and performance breathing.
I see human performance as multi-faceted – a function of nutrition, fitness, sleep/recovery and functional breathing.
My certification in the Oxygen Advantage completes my multi-faceted approach.
I enjoy working with Cross Fitters, First Responders, Law Enforcement and the Military.
