With a willing mind and mindset, the Oxygen Advantage program can provide a transformative experience of how an individual relates to their breath as well as develop and utilize new skills to improve performance, achieve better balance, access flow, improve their sleep, focus and concentration and reduce pain.
Currently Michael is only working with patients who have been referred for outpatient physical therapy services for treatment of their orthopedic, sports or work-related injury and who concurrently demonstrate dysfunctional breathing habits.
