Interstitial Lung Disease… I have it, but it doesn’t define nor control me. Thanks to the Oxygen Advantage method I am a new person and feel better than I have in years. I want to help instruct others to lead themselves into optimal health, mental clarity and performance.

I wear many hats; I am an outdoor adventurer, Author, YouTuber, Public Speaker and Entrepreneur. I teach Wilderness Survival, Bushcraft and Preparedness to all ages and all walks of life. I will be teaching The Oxygen Advantage method to these same types of clients as well as reaching out to many other diverse groups and online. I serve the Tri-State area of Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio.
