Adrian WolffLAS VEGAS, NV | USA
My educational background is in exercise physiology, and I earned my master’s degree in 2019 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My interest in breathwork stemmed from my life experiences. After laboring through most of my early adult years with breathing problems, mostly due to nasal congestion and chronic mouth breathing, I discovered Patrick McKeown’s book, The Oxygen Advantage, which helped me improve my breathing patterns and ultimately changed my life.
I began studying more about breathing techniques used to enhance quality of life and athletic performance, and while there is still so much left for me to learn about this topic, I decided to implement the Oxygen Advantage principles in my graduate project. I am currently in the process of publishing my findings in a peer-reviewed journal, which I hope will make a positive impact on recreational runners’ quality of life and athletic performance and provide more support for the importance of proper breathing patterns in athletes and the general public.
I currently work as a Personal Health & Fitness Coach at Camp Rhino Northwest, located in Las Vegas, NV, and I provide personalized online coaching for everyday fitness and sport performance via my business, WolfFit Coaching. You can learn more by visiting my website.
Please feel free to contact me any time and I would love to have the opportunity to help you change your life through breathwork!
