About Me
Hola! Me llamo Agostina Andretich, soy profesora de Inglés y por razones de salud y curiosidad llegué a OA. Lo experimenté en talleres donde se lo combinaba con el método Wim Hof. Aplico OA para mi salud en general, cuando hago yoga, cuando me expongo al frío y en mis entrenamientos de gimnasio, bicicleta y trail running.
¡Me ha cambiado la vida! Me ayudó a bajar mi ansiedad y estrés y a conectarme conmigo y mi cuerpo y así poder sentirme mejor y tomar buenas decisiones. ¡No dude en convertirme en instructora! Lo quiero compartir principalmente con padres y niños para evitar problemas de salud en su futuro.
También con alumnos que necesiten rendir exámenes, dar conferencias y otras situaciones estresantes. Tengo mucha experiencia con manejo de grupos y lo enseño en grupos de trabajo en empresas que necesitan bajar sus niveles de estrés. Es la mejor decisión para personas que busquen mejorar su calidad de vida.
Organizo retiros de respiración, exposición al frío y conexión emocional.
Enseño OA online en Español e Inglés desde Argentina y presencial en cualquier parte del mundo.

Hello! My name is Agostina Andretich, I am an English teacher and due to health issues and curiosity I found OA in workshops where it was combined with the Wim Hof method. I apply it for my general health, when I do yoga, when I expose myself to the cold and in my gym workouts, when I cycle and in trail running.
It has changed my life! It helped me reduce my anxiety and stress and connect with myself and my body. As a result, I could feel better and make better decisions. I did not hesitate and became an instructor. I want to share it with parents and children in schools and privately so as to avoid future health problems.
Also, with students who need to take exams, give lectures and other stressful situations. I have a lot of experience managing and encouraging groups so I can be of great help in different teams in the busy corporate world who need to unwind. This is the way to go for people willing to improve their quality of life.

I teach OA online in Spanish and English from Argentina and in person anywhere in the world.
