I am a passionate and dedicated breathing coach. My goal is to inspire and educate others on how to optimise their breathing to improve wellbeing and increase performance.
My own experience has led me to understand how our breathing can have a powerful effect on so many areas of our life. I have an in-depth understanding of functional breathing retraining, its positive effects on your physiology and the incredible power of the human nervous system to influence our health, resilience, energy, and physical/mental performance.
As a coach, I specialise in using the breath as a powerful tool to create change. Whether you are an individual or group looking to improve your mental and physical health or a corporate or sports team seeking to boost performance and productivity, I have the expertise and experience to help you achieve your goals. I host groups and one-on-one breathwork sessions in person and online via zoom. My coaching style is empathetic, professional, and relatable. I listen to my clients’ needs to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
