Hi! I’m Alina, 35 years old, marketer and breathing coach, healthy lifestyle practitioner and CEO of my own life.

Introvert, recreational athlete, constantly learning, have my own system of atomic habits, love Japanese tea, books, healthy recipes, memes and long walks in nature

My lifestyle:

  • Waking up at 4:50 AM for the past 6 years
  • Swimming and running for the past 10 years
  • No coffee for 8 years
  • Gluten-free for 6 years
  • Alcohol-free for 4 years
  • Practicing biofitness for 4 years — 3D movement, mobility and fascia work

I began practicing a healthy lifestyle 10 years ago due to health issues (digestion problems, musculoskeletal issues, excess weight, shortness of breath and constant fatigue). As often happens, traditional medicine couldn’t offer a holistic approach, so I had to figure things out on my own. I started swimming, running, doing yoga and exploring healthy eating. Through my own experiments, observations and conclusions, I built my effective system of atomic habits, taking responsibility and solving my problems, piece by piece. I call this “being the CEO of my own life.”

I became interested in breathing due to health problems caused by stress from the war in Ukraine (anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalance, neck and lower back pain). I managed to resolve these issues and move from a state of “surviving” to “living and thriving.” I received quality education in breathing, decided to start a second career from scratch in the healthy lifestyle niche and help people restore functional breathing patterns for a higher quality of life. Certification: Procedos (Gray Institute), Breathing Gym (Z-Health), Conscious Breathing Institute and Oxygen Advantage. I continue to pursue education in health and fitness.

I think it’s great that I came into the healthy lifestyle niche with a business background. I’ve worked in a large company, freelanced, run my own business, worked in a startup, and have also experienced not working at all. I know well what it’s like to have 10 meetings in one day with partners at an exhibition, to be a one-person orchestra in your own company and put out fires, to have an unpleasant conversation with a business partner, to feel anxious for no reason before an job interview, and to conduct exhausting 3-hour brainstorms on Zoom.

Now I understand not only the mental strain in such moments but also what happens to the body: sitting for too long = the pelvis doesn’t move, leading to lower back pain; slouched posture = the diaphragm doesn’t function well, leading to neck pain; over-breathing (breathing rapidly and excessively) due to work conflicts = the brain receives less oxygen, resulting in constant fatigue.

My clients, particularly achievers from business and those who live in war conditions in Ukraine, have very high sympathetic tone. They’re tight a lot. They’re stressed a lot. And I think it’s beneficial that I know how this experience feels like, because “I’ve been there”. It allows me to tailor breathing programs for every case.

What I know from my experience now: even after extreme stress (like living in war conditions), it is possible to restore your life and continue moving toward realizing your potential.

I work offline/online both individually and with groups in the following areas:

  • Recovery (for those who want to restore energy levels, improve sleep, learn how to relax and stress less, activate lymphatic drainage, and get rid of neck and lower back pain)
  • Sports Performance (for those who want to reach an even higher level during training)
  • Mind (for those who want to learn how to focus their attention on truly important things, rather than “whatever comes up”)
