I have a background in sports journalism and have the experience of a family member recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome. Yes, recovery is possible, but it is even more important to understand how to prevent burnout and complete overwhelm.

Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques are for everyday life and make sense for everyone. I help people understand what they can do to improve their breathing and why it is important. I trained as an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor because some breathing practices can increase anxiety. Now, I can guide my clients to focus on what will help them.
