Alissa is a certified Nutritional Therapist (BA, DipCNM, mBANT) and breath work instructor who began her Oxygen Advantage journey after seeing the positive impact breath work was having on her clients’ health and well-being. What started as a simple desire to learn new techniques to help her clients developed into a personal journey of breath retraining and stress/anxiety management.
She first became certified in pranayama breathing and meditation but sought to have more clinical and science-backed techniques to help people with breath-related health concerns as well as improve athletic performance and stamina.
Alissa is passionate about functional breath work and improving breathing patterns. All sessions are online currently via zoom, but Alissa plans to open a Breath Therapy clinic soon.
