My name is Anders B. Grøtnes and I am from Oslo, Norway. On top of being an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, I am also a certified personal trainer from the Norwegian School of Sport and Sciences and a nutritionist from AMH Oslo.

I am a co-owner of the company “Vidde”, where we focus on nature, community and movement, both the mental and the physical. We think the mind-body connection is important and works with individuals who are committed to optimizing their health, their breathing and improving all of life’s performances. We also believe that nature with its contrasts must become a larger part of our everyday life.
