About Me
I am Anna Grozdanova, a certified Oxygen Advantage and Wim Hof Method instructor based in Sofia, Bulgaria. My journey into breathwork began as a personal quest to overcome the challenges of burnout and stress that I faced in my previous career. I discovered the Oxygen Advantage technique as a powerful tool for optimizing physical performance, mental clarity, and overall well-being. This method focuses on functional breathing techniques that help individuals harness their body’s full potential by improving oxygen efficiency, enhancing endurance, and reducing stress.
My passion for breathwork grew as I saw the profound impact it had on my own life. I became dedicated to sharing these benefits with others, helping them unlock new levels of health and resilience. In my practice, I integrate the principles of the Oxygen Advantage with the transformative techniques of the Wim Hof Method, which includes breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. This combination offers a comprehensive approach to physical and mental well-being, allowing my clients to experience deep, lasting changes.
I conduct both in-person and online sessions, making my teachings accessible to a wide audience. My work takes me across Bulgaria and all over the World, where I lead seminars, workshops, and retreats designed to help individuals and groups achieve better mental emotional, physical, and mental health.
