About Me
<p class="p1">I came into contact with breathwork through persistent breathlessness while hiking. I am a hiking guide and therefore I spend a lot of time in mountains and forests. But no matter how much I exercised, the breathlessness didn't improve. The pulmonologist couldn't help me, my lung capacity was excellent, and I had no obvious health restrictions. That’s when I came across the book “The Oxygen Advantage” by Patrick McKeown and found the solution to my problem. I was so enthusiastic about this that I trained to become an Oxygen Advantage Instructor so that I could pass on the knowledge and exercises to others.
<p class="p1">Breathing training is not just about practicing - it's a way of life that involves mindfulness and focus. It has a holistic effect, noticeable on body, mind and soul.
<p class="p1">My approach to breathwork is spiritually influenced, besides being an Oxygen Advanced Instructor, I am a breathwork facilitator and mental trainer - I guide trance breathing sessions in combination with cocoa ceremonies, meditations and sound baths.
<p class="p1">I offer group courses in Vienna and Tulln an der Donau, as well as individual work or online courses upon request.

<p class="p1">Ich kam in Kontakt mit der Atemarbeit durch anhaltende Atemlosigkeit beim Wandern. Ich bin Wanderführerin und dementsprechend viel in Bergen und Wäldern unterwegs. Doch egal, wie viel ich trainierte - die Atemlosigkeit verbesserte sich nicht. Der Lungenfacharzt konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, die Kapazität meiner Lunge war hervorragend und ich hatte keine ersichtlichen gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen. Da stieß ich auf das Buch „Erfolgsfaktor Sauerstoff“ von Patrick McKeown und fand die Lösung meines Problems. Das begeisterte mich so sehr, dass ich die Ausbildung zum Oxygen Advantage Trainer machte, um das Wissen und die Übungen auch weitergeben zu können.
<p class="p1">Atemtraining ist nicht einfach nur ein Training - es ist eine Lebensweise, die Achtsamkeit und Fokus beinhaltet. Sie wirkt sich ganzheitlich aus, spürbar an Körper, Geist und Seele.
<p class="p1">Mein Zugang zur Atemarbeit ist spirituell geprägt, ich bin ebenfalls Breathwork Facilitator und Mentaltrainerin - ich gebe Trance Atem Sessions in Kombination mit Kakaozeremonien, Meditationen und Soundbädern (medicine music).
<p class="p1">Ich biete Gruppenkurse an in Wien und Tulln, auf Nachfrage auch Einzelarbeit oder Onlinekurse.
