I have been in practice for five years, specializing in Burnout prevention, high-functioning anxiety and Managing Stress. I run comprehensive Mental wellness training, a basic Mental health awareness course, and a 4-week Breathwork Programme. I also have specialist knowledge in PTSD, menopause, safeguarding, domestic abuse and working with survivors of sexual violence.
Work culture is an important aspect of staff well-being, and for this reason, I am also a DISC and Five Behaviours Facilitator, providing team development and training events.
