I’ve been a committed sports person all my life. In my 20’s and 30’s I played rugby for Brighton, was a keen surfer and had enduring love of yoga.
The Oxygen Advantage came to me later in life as I focussed on long-distance running and searched for all the science-backed improvements I could find to make running smoother, easier and more enjoyable. I read-up and practiced the Oxygen Advantage method. I’ve completed the Beachy-Head marathon and have won the legendary JOG SHOP 20 (Tuff20).
Having experienced how the Oxygen Advantage can improve your sports performance and your life outside of that, I now apply the method in a range of different settings.
I work with groups and one to one, mostly in-person, but can offer on-line tuition. I’ve helped people with long-term dysfunctional breathing patterns, sports people to increase their focus in high-pressure situations, work-based groups to improve their meditation and grounding and school age children to reduce pre-exam anxiety.
