My aim is to help you reach your wellness goals and give you the tools needed for better wellbeing and performance both in life and sports. I often coach recreational runners and newbies to sports as well as clients looking to bring ease and comfort to their everyday lives, most dealing with stress, anxiety, asthma, and sleep disorders.

I do that by using the ancient philosophy of Yoga and tailor the experience to fit the needs of a busy lifestyle. I combine the science behind breathwork with the ancient methods and modern fitness regimes keeping in mind that habits are what we really need to work on.
My experience comes from more than 15 years living the corporate life, juggling family, work, travel, being a wife, a mom, and a friend, while at the same time trying to figure out how to squeeze in the workout session at the gym at 7 pm without hitting the wall.
In 2018 I moved to India where I have attended several Yoga Teacher Trainings, Pranayama workshops and I am now a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
I offer personal one to one session online in Yoga, Oxygen Advantage Stand alone or combined.
I offer offline training in the form of a program shared using the Yogis4life fitness app where you can easily access your program schedule, progress and guides, incl. 24/7 live chat.
I teach in Danish, Swedish and English.
