Working out of Rangiora in North Canterbury, New Zealand I’m looking forward to fielding questions to help improve your breathing, fitness and weel-being.
My overriding desire is to help as many people as possible to breathe at the best of their ability for work, rest and play – basically 24/7.
For the many of us that either have, or have had, compromised breathing, I would have you experience the absolute joy and relief of breathing fully, gently and peacefully; maybe for the first time in your memory.
I have tried, used and practiced many breathing methods over the years and continue to do so.
While all have their place, most have not addressed the issue of poor breathing performance on a day-to-day basis or highlighted the dozens of ways that good functional breathing can power-up your day to day fitness and long term health
The ‘Oxygen Advantage’ system addresses these areas and provides practices you can use any time of the day, every day, wherever you are.
