With a degree in Exercise Science and over a decade of experience coaching CrossFit and owning a gym, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of proper breathing in achieving optimal physical fitness.
Breathwork has been a crucial part of my life for many years, and I have studied various breathing techniques and methodologies to enhance my knowledge and skills, and as I delved deeper into the science of breathing, I discovered the Oxygen Advantage, which has become my primary focus as an instructor, and I am committed to sharing this knowledge with others.
