Hello, my name is Brian Assam (pronounced "Awe-some".) I am a kundalini yoga teacher, breathwork coach and mindset mentor driven to empower people with the right tools and understanding to become the greatest version of their self and experience more wholeness in their life.

What is #1 to our teaching is the concept of "Alchemy," the ability to turn challenges into opportunities for personal growth. We offer in person or online coaching, online courses and live workshops with the aim of helping people reach their physical, mental and spiritual goals through the powers of breathwork and awareness.

I also manage a farm for wildlife and habitat restoration, and believe we can all thrive in health, happiness and well-being the more we immerse ourselves in the natural world.

My specialty lies in the understanding of the mind-body-energy connection, and how to build a stronger relationship with wholeness, our higher self and the keys to spiritual development.

My first memory came in my mother’s womb, and I have been on a spiritual path ever since.
