I have been working and studying in the Mental Health for the past 10 years. I have also conducted trainings and workshops in Stress Management, Mindfulness, and Mental health Awareness. I am a qualified Mental Health Counsellor, and work to help my clients build empowerment to surf the ups and downs.
I came to Oxygen Advantage and Functional Breathing at a time when my Asthma had worsened to extreme feelings of choking. Within 6 weeks of practice, the Asthma had improved by approx. 90%. But I also noticed along the way and since then a deeper calm and less anxiety.
I work with clients of all ages and needs. I feel Functional Breathing is critical for clients to improve their ability to manage dark times and develop calm and awareness of positive emotion and meaning.
